The Thursday special at Tipsy’s downtown in beautiful historic downtown Brunswick is our Smoke & Fire Beef Hoagie: grilled Boar’s Head London broil topped with melted smoked Mozzarella, pickled jalapeno, Romaine, tomato, and chipotle mayo all on a toasted hoagie. We add an amazing side and drink for $17. The side of the day is BLT pasta salad and the soup of the day is creamy cauliflower cheddar topped with more cheddar.
