The Thursday special at Tipsy’s in beautiful Historic Downtown Brunswick is the Bourdain Smash Burger! One of Anthony Bourdain’s favorite sandwiches incorporated into our smash burger. We top our 4oz burger with grilled mortadella, melted provolone, red onion, and dijon mayo all on a toasty bun. We add a delicious dise and drink for $17.
